TRAINING IN HOME

 

Hi friends

I carry a month training in my house, in As Pontes, after remaining out of the boats for the European Championship, and for the time I go evolving well enough. 

The wound of the shoulder already is practically forgot, although always I go with precaution and taking care of a lot since the tendonitis they can return when except you expect it. 

During this month only I went to one competition, the Sedes Cup, in Trasona, competition of the Asturian calendar, and in which I had the first contact with the trail in k1 after two months of the selective control in Pontevedra in March.  I didn´t feel good sensation but to be the first competition rithm in a lot of time I wasn´t  anything badly, but I expect to improve enough from here to the Master Spanish Championship where I expect to be to the 100%. 

On the other hand from here I want to congratulate to all my friends by the Championship of Europe, so much to the ones that classified for the Olympic Games as to the ones that not because it was quite expensive to obtain the passport for China, and to the ones that they classified, to work hard that from here to Beijing does not remain anything.

SESSION´S BEGINNING

Hi friends

After to not bring up after some time, I will comment something about the session´s beginning.

For the moment, I only participated in the Spanish Winter Championship, but it was very well although the diconfort in my right shoulder because I got the 6th position in the 2000 meters qualification but I couldn´t finish the 5000 meters for caution, but in the National Test in Pontevedra was when I passed to worse and it´s today that I´m recuperating it.

This weekend I didn´t go to the Spanish 500 meters Cup in Merida to prevent a relapse.

This session I´m preparing k2 with partner and friend Pablo Baños and we will try to get the k2-1000 meters. The trainings go very well although I suffer some setback with my shoulder, but we have in front of us the k2 of Javi Hernanz and Diego Cosgaya, that they won´t put it nothing easy.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

It´s a bit later to say this, but for the moment I didn´t say it, hehe!!

This January was very hard training, but now I can training with normally with the team. Now I´m in León , in the “relax week”, and I´m with my girlfriend because is studying with the Erasmus progam, and I have to take tanks to my colega Polo for put me in contact with Sergio to train in the Pico Azul Kayaking Club.

TRAINING IN HUNGARY

Hi friends!!!

The last week I was training in Budapest, in the week´s home, I was tranning in U.T.E., one of the most fameous and tradition of Hungary, and thanks to Gërgo, his trainer, that he puts me in contact with Viktor, the trainer of Séra Team, and he accepts me in his group and I could make some session in gym and water with them.

HARD MOUNTH

Hi friends!!!

After this Novenber, that it was very long because of the damage in my back and this did that i couldn´t train with normally, I begin this December in Hungary, where I hope train hard. In the first days I was in Szeged, in my girlfrind´s home, and i could test the difference temperature with Seville.

In the photo i´ve in my hands a hot wine, that it´s very good to hot the body.

January in Sevilla

After the Christmas holidays with my family, already touches again to the return to the normal life. This concentration we began it with simulator and gymnasium test, which did not leave anything badly. This last week, went to 95% of load, very hard, I in fact I did not get it to finish by an inflammation in the sinew that inserts the biceps with the shoulder, that did not allow to develop the paddling me with normality, but I hope to be recovered the week that comes with complete normality, since the week is of smaller load than the previous one. I little by little hope to update this blog with more frequency and to introduce more photos in the album
