I participated in the Spanish Flatwater Championship on 29 and 30 August, and I won two medals, silver in K1 500 meters and bronze in the K1 200 meters, I participated too in the 1000 meters in k2 with Antonio Polo and I got the victory in the B final and with my brother César couldn´t pass the 200 meters time trial in k2.
Very good feelings in the k1, and the previous week wasn´t going well, but finally came good feelings.
In k2 with Polo since the time we planned, 3′23” , and k2 with my brother, we made the decision that not prepare the k2 at home and did it in the championship, and we didn´t calculate the distance between them which made paddling conditions could not because I was hitting with the paddle on his back continuously, a very big decision to take my age.
