Hi friends!
I participated in the Spanish Flatwater Championships and obtain two seconds in k4-1000 and k4-200, fifth in k1-200 and a great experience in k4-500 with Daniel ( an fighter expert).
In some days we will go to Madrid for make the last trainings before the Worlds.
