Spanish Flatwater Championship

Hi friends!

I participated in the Spanish Flatwater Championships and obtain two seconds in k4-1000 and k4-200, fifth in k1-200 and a great experience in k4-500 with Daniel ( an fighter expert).

In some days we will go to Madrid for make the last trainings before the Worlds.

Pre-Spanish Winter Championships

Hi friends!
The next weekend is the Winter Spanish Champioships, in the qualifity of 2000 meters we have one test part to go to the k4 training camp.
Last weekend I participated in a race in Villaviciosa, hard place for paddling and I got the 19th position.

Today we did the first indoor test and the results were good. Today I woke up and It was snowing, I hope that this situation change for training better.

Hi friends!

A new seasion is beginning, the winter conditions are here and the training are a bit harder, but the really hard cold hasn´t arrived yet. The trainings are good and we are adding so many kilometers for our body.

SPANISH TRIALS

Hi friends!

The last week, we had the trials for the World Championships and I got the qualification for the k4 with my partners, Rodrigo Germade, “Milin” Llamedo and Diego Piña, I got the 2nd position after “Milin” Llamedo and I was the winner on the k1-500, 2nd Fran Llera and 3rd Ekaitz Saies, but I wont participate in this event.

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Hi friends!

I get the 10th position on the k4-1000 meters, we did a bad heat but in the semifinal did a good race but it wasn´t sufficient to get the final, but with 5 training on the k4, we can´t expect something good…

We will see on the World Championships!!

One week for the European Championships

Hi friends!

Only one week for the begining of the European Championship in Trasona-Asturias. I will participate on the k4-1000 meters with Rodrigo Germade, Emilio Llamedo and Diego Piña.

I got the place after the National Trials where I got the 3rd place in k1-1000 and the 2nd place in k1-500.

Now we are training in Tui-Galicia until the next Tuesday when we will go to Trasona where we meet with all Spanish Team.

Spanish cup 200 meters

Hey friends!
I participated in the Spanish Cup 200 meters the last weekend, I got 9th position in k1, gold in k2 and silver in k4, it isnt my distance but is good for training for the spanish trials to make the team for the European Championship.
