Hi friends!
We begin to training for next season, although I started in late September in Hungary, more precisely in Csepel, in Budapest, (on the photo) now we are training a large group under the command by Miguel Garcia and Rodrigo Tiebo helping, our physio.

Long time not started a season so strong, yet so well (last I took it very calm and before olimpycs , started before a injury) and I hope to maintain a good level and so make a very good season.

I’ll count more things about the season

I  participated in the Spanish Flatwater Championship on 29 and 30 August, and I won two medals, silver in K1 500 meters and bronze in the K1 200 meters, I participated too in the 1000 meters in k2 with Antonio Polo and I got the victory in the B final and with my brother César couldn´t pass the 200 meters time trial in k2.

Very good feelings in the k1, and the previous week wasn´t going well, but finally came good feelings.

In k2 with Polo since the time we planned, 3′23” ,  and k2 with my brother, we made the decision that not prepare the k2 at home and did it in the championship, and we didn´t calculate the distance between them which made paddling conditions could not because I was hitting with the paddle on his back continuously, a very big decision to take my age.

So much time that I haven´t written here, I´m sorry!!

I went to the World Championships in Canada and I got the 4th position, nearly of the medals and the victory as you are able to see in the next link http://zap.norex.ca/results/races/K4-Men-200/FA/ , but we are happy with the result because we were training together only two weeks before to travel to Canada. On the photo you can see the members of k4 200 team, Pablo Andrés, Miguel Gallo, Joan Ardit, Alvaro Bravo and me crossing the Halifax bay by ferry.

Hi friends

I carry a month training in my house, in As Pontes, after remaining out of the boats for the European Championship, and for the time I go evolving well enough. 

The wound of the shoulder already is practically forgot, although always I go with precaution and taking care of a lot since the tendonitis they can return when except you expect it. 

During this month only I went to one competition, the Sedes Cup, in Trasona, competition of the Asturian calendar, and in which I had the first contact with the trail in k1 after two months of the selective control in Pontevedra in March.  I didn´t feel good sensation but to be the first competition rithm in a lot of time I wasn´t  anything badly, but I expect to improve enough from here to the Master Spanish Championship where I expect to be to the 100%. 

On the other hand from here I want to congratulate to all my friends by the Championship of Europe, so much to the ones that classified for the Olympic Games as to the ones that not because it was quite expensive to obtain the passport for China, and to the ones that they classified, to work hard that from here to Beijing does not remain anything.

After to not bring up after some time, I will comment something about the session´s beginning.

For the moment, I only participated in the Spanish Winter Championship, but it was very well although the diconfort in my right shoulder because I got the 6th position in the 2000 meters qualification but I couldn´t finish the 5000 meters for caution, but in the National Test in Pontevedra was when I passed to worse and it´s today that I´m recuperating it.

This weekend I didn´t go to the Spanish 500 meters Cup in Merida to prevent a relapse.

This session I´m preparing k2 with partner and friend Pablo Baños and we will try to get the k2-1000 meters. The trainings go very well although I suffer some setback with my shoulder, but we have in front of us the k2 of Javi Hernanz and Diego Cosgaya, that they won´t put it nothing easy.

It´s a bit later to say this, but for the moment I didn´t say it, hehe!!

This January was very hard training, but now I can training with normally with the team. Now I´m in León , in the “relax week”, and I´m with my girlfriend because is studying with the Erasmus progam, and I have to take tanks to my colega Polo for put me in contact with Sergio to train in the Pico Azul Kayaking Club.

The last week I was training in Budapest, in the week´s home, I was tranning in U.T.E., one of the most fameous and tradition of Hungary, and thanks to Gërgo, his trainer, that he puts me in contact with Viktor, the trainer of Séra Team, and he accepts me in his group and I could make some session in gym and water with them.

Hi friends!!!

After this Novenber, that it was very long because of the damage in my back and this did that i couldn´t train with normally, I begin this December in Hungary, where I hope train hard. In the first days I was in Szeged, in my girlfrind´s home, and i could test the difference temperature with Seville.

In the photo i´ve in my hands a hot wine, that it´s very good to hot the body.
